Hey guys – readers are always asking me which are the HOTTEST parties. That’s easy – there are only a few – most of the parties suck, but these seven parties are always fun – and always filled with hot guys. That said – they are VERY different parties, so depending what you want – and how HOT you are…give them a shot…
THE HOT JOCK PARTY (Gramecy or Midtown East). Held in a studio space or hotel suite. Personally like the hotel vibe more (the Gramercy doesn’t really work for me). Has mostly guys in 30s, some hot 40YOs, and a few 20YOs. What I like best about the guys here – lots of big rough muscle guys. All types go: from average to muscle guys, and a few twinks, but the general feeling is muscle. Not a lot of attitude, which is cool – and this usually means some hot sex.. Easily one of the best parties -- and one of few that you get a good mix of hot guys and hot sex. Usually about 30-50+ guys attend.

THE NYJOCK PARTY--NYJP (Times Square/Garment District) The host is very discriminating -- and because of it the party now has the hottest guys with the most attitudes (the problem: not always great sex; many guys just standing around looking at each other). If you don't have a killer body and face, you'll probably just be ignored. That said the guys are amazing: mostly 20s-early 30s. Usually have 50-70 guys. For a younger/hot crowd, although they have been letting some 40YO dudes in lately.

PRIVATE PARTY (Garment District) To me the best mix of guys and sex. It’s also the most social sex party in New York. Held in large private loft apt. Also amazing is the mix guys: bunch of hot little twinks mix it up with jocks and muscle guys. A good mix of 20YOs-30YOs-40YOs (no one over 45). Usually 70-90 guys attend, often more. Also newbies: This is a great party to try if you've never been to a party before -- very safe, and a clean atmosphere, no attitude. The best part is that there is tons of HOT sex at this party – not just standing around – fucking, sucking – and all safe sex. The host provides drinks, condoms and lube; and showers, towels.

UPPER WEST SIDE UNDERWEAR PARTY (UWS) Very hot, and although they’ve been on hiatus, it looks like they’ll be back soon, and more selective. This is a private apartment in a doorman building so discretion is a must. This is a private party so only the people who have been approved are invited. This is a fun atmosphere to chill hang out and play with hot guys. No obligation to participate if you don't want to. Have porn and lube and condoms as well. For a young/hot crowd.

PUMPNYC (Midtown). New party from the guy who brought you NYJOCK PARTY. Very select: There will be no more than 50 guys allowed into the party and you will only have three hours to enter. PUMPNYC is about quality not quantity. Includes: Bar. Snacks. Supplies.

COLLEGE WATER SPORTS KEGGER PARTY and GOLDEN BOYS USA (Brooklyn) Held in the basement space in a brownstone. Only accept guys who are in-shape, 18-30 years old. Have regular rooms and wet rooms (even though there is a water sports theme, you don't have to be into W/S to have fun at this party). Average 75-120 guys attend. For a younger/hot crowd.

HOT BROOKLYN PARTY (Brooklyn) 18-30yo ONLY. Usually 40-50 hot guys; *All lean in shape guys: No fats, chubs, dads, or bears. For a younger/hot crowd.

Guys, I know it sounds annoying – and can be -- but don't let it bother you - it's all cool and makes for a great crowd. There's a reason this party gets hot new guys each month, and where everyone actually has hot sex.)
